Sarah Soliman is a passionate visual storyteller who has documented the narratives of thousands of events across diverse industries. Her keen eye for impactful stories and her ability to bring events to life through compelling visuals have solidified her reputation as a leader in the field.
In addition to excelling professionally, Sarah is deeply committed to giving back to the events industry. She served as President of the Meeting Professionals International Greater Orlando Chapter and was the Vice Chair of Chapters for Meeting Professionals International Global Board of Trustees. Sarah has also made significant contributions as Co-Chair of the MPI Women’s Advisory Board. She also currently serves on the Board of Directors for Brown Girls on a Mission, a non-profit made of minority women in business that dedicate volunteer hours to several charities across Central Florida.
Her exceptional work has garnered numerous accolades. In 2021, she was named a 40 Under 40 honoree by the Orlando Business Journal. In 2019, she earned several prestigious titles, including Rising Star by Meetings & Conventions, Industry Changemaker by MeetingsNet, and Industry Trendsetter by Meetings Today. She was also the recipient of the Smart Women in Meetings Entrepreneur Award from Smart Meetings and was recognized as a 40 Under 40 honoree by Connect Association. Earlier in her career, she received IAEE’s Rookie of the Year Award in 2014.
Sarah is also an advocate for critical industry issues. She co-led the #MeetingsToo movement with her colleague Courtney Stanley, addressing sexual harassment in live meetings and events. Her efforts to educate professionals on proactive preventive measures earned her recognition on the cover of Meetings Today in October 2018. Beyond her professional accomplishments, Sarah is dedicated to mentoring and inspiring the next generation of professionals. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and creating cherished memories with her fiance, Sanjay, and her family.
